To use the product correctly: 1. Fully charge the blender before first use; 2. Do not operate the blender while it is charging; 3. When attaching the cup, a flashing blue indicator light confirms proper installation—otherwise, reattach the cup; 4. If the blade jams due to large fruit pieces, cut the fruit into smaller portions and avoid overfilling. Gently shake the blender by hand during use to help juice extraction; 5. Start the blender inverted and then place it upright once it’s running normally. Troubleshooting: Q1: Blender starts without the cup attached A1: The charging port is not waterproof; if water reaches the circuit board, the safety mechanism fails, and continued use is unsafe. Q2: Indicator light flashes red, and the blender won’t start A2: The cup is not installed correctly. Reattach the cup until the blue light flashes. Q3: Indicator alternates red and blue, and the blender won’t start A3: The battery is low and must be fully charged before use. Q4: Blender stops immediately with red and blue flashing light A4: Battery is low; charge fully before use. Q5: Blender stops after working for some time A5: The blender automatically stops after 5 seconds of idling. Its typical run time is about 30 seconds, and it can operate about 7 cycles per full charge, depending on food hardness. Press the power button to restart. Note: Different SKU options vary in cup design and number of blades—refer to SKU images for details. Except for the Pink 2 Cups and Blue 2 Cups variants, all others come with a single cup.
